Looking for a designer to bring your ideas to life? Not a problem here at DoTradeshow. We are happy to help you create your idea and bring it to life. If you're not sure how many hours are needed for the designer, not a problem. We have a rough estimate of hours for you to go off here:

  • 0.5 hours is good for touch-up items "Tablecloths, Placing a logo, minor edits"
  • 1 hour is good for  " a single Banner Display, replacing artwork from previous jobs"
  • 2 hours is good for " Large Displays 10ft or smaller, Triple Banner Displays/Combo Displays.
  • 3 to 4 hours is good for "20 Foot Displays."

We have listed below what is needed for the designer and what you need to give to us. Please follow the steps below.

We are happy to design for you. In order for us to do a good job for you, we will need the following from you and put into a folder labeled with your company name:

  • Logo's "Transparent" High Res Vector for us to be able to stretch without losing the quality of the logo.
  • A Mock-up/Layout of what you would like the designer to make. It can be images pasted together or anything you can make for the designer to be able to understand your needs. You can also create a mock-up off of Canva. A very easy, user-friendly website. www.canva.com
  • Images we will be using "Please put in Folder"
  • The text you would like, your message, sentences if any. "Please put in word doc or PDF."
  • Background image if any, or any idea for us to look for one for you. Check Out Adobe Stock Image Here: Stock Images
  • Company colors "Please put in word doc and or PDF Doc." CMYK colors and PMS Values are important for color matching.
  • A word doc or note for the designer to know what you would like him to do. More so a way for him to really get inside your head and understand what you are trying to bring to life.

 

Vector Image:

  • Will not lose resolution when enlarged
  • Examples: ai, eps, or pdf files

 

Low-Resolution Image:

  • Will appear blurry when enlarged
  • Examples: jpg, gif, or png files

Our design service is $100/hour. If your design time hours are over the limit of what you purchased, we will bill you the correct amount of time that was taken. Some design jobs take longer than others. It comes down to how much you have put together for the team. The more you have for us the less it will cost you. We will send you proofs for review and will start production after you approve the final proof. The design process usually takes 5-7 business days.
