DESIGNING FILES
If designed by DoTradeshow, the high-resolution files used for print are the intellectual property of DoTradeshow.
DoTradeshow does not provide any design files.
Any and all graphic design fees charged are for DoTradeshow’s graphic design services, and are not a purchase of the intellectual property itself.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format, excluding products labeled otherwise. DoTradeshow is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes or converting from CMYK to RGB.
DoTradeshow is not responsible for PANTONE® Matching System colors dropping out or converting to incorrect colors when converted to CMYK
DoTradeshow is not responsible for production delays caused by customer file errors, including any delays caused by customers requesting or needing to re-upload files due to not meeting proper print specifications.
DESIGN SERVICES
If you provide DoTradeshow with any text, images, designs, or other content for incorporation into the Design Services order or project, you agree to provide any and all necessary information claiming the right and authority to use such text, images, designs, or any other content provided and that use of such does not conflict with any trademark, copyright, or other right.
DoTradeshow reserves the right to refuse to accept a Design Services order/project or to cancel Design Services order prior to completion at any time for any reason.
DoTradeshow reserves the right to use any Designs and/or your finished Design Services project products as sample work for advertising, promotional and for internal purposes.
All design delivery times are estimates, as it can vary based on the project/order. DoTradeshow is not responsible for any late Design Service orders that may impact Customers project timeline and/or printing.
DoTradeshow suggests allowing one month of time for Design Service projects and associated printing and shipping times.
LOGO SERVICES
Payment for all and any Logo Redesign Services to be provided to DoTradeshow before any work is provided by Design Team.
Once payment for Logo Design Services has been paid in full, DoTradeshow will provide you with the logo image artwork for use, royalty-free. DoTradeshow reserves the right to display or use the logo for advertising, promotional and for internal purposes as it relates to Design and Logo Services.
Surcharge Policy
DoTradeshow may levy surcharges to cover the costs incurred for graphics layout changes, graphics proofs, order changes, shipping or billing address changes, non standard shipment methods, accessory additions or other non descript customer requests.
