Every year during the summer months, we adjust our customer service hours.
This allows us to recharge, focus on production efficiency, and continue delivering the level of service our customers expect.
Here are our updated hours:

Effective May 15th through August 14th
Monday – Thursday
🕘 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday
❌ Customer Service Closed
Customer service phone and email support will not be available on Fridays during this time.
📦 What This Means for Orders
- Production continues as scheduled.
- Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
- Rush requests should be submitted Monday–Thursday for fastest response.
If you have an upcoming event, we recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.

To help us serve you efficiently:
- Please send all artwork and questions during regular business hours.
- Allow up to one business day for a response during peak season.
- Include your order number when reaching out for faster support.
