It’s a good idea to take a quick photo for reference, so you know how everything should look when it’s time to pack up again. The graphics will always arrive with the graphic side OUT—be sure to note this. Your display should come with printed instructions, but don't worry if they’re misplaced—we’ve included all the essential steps here!

Step 2: Lets Take Your Display Down And Safely Store Your Pop Up Display
Proper storage is essential for the longevity of your pop-up display. Here's how to safely take it down and store it for future use.
Disassembling your display Step-By-Step Guide instructions.Once your event or show is over, it’s time to disassemble the display. If you have a table at the venue, we recommend using it to help carefully take down your panels.
If your panels came in a paper sleeve, be sure to store them back the same way. Use your table to gently roll the graphics back up, ensuring the graphic side is OUT. Avoid rolling them tighter than 9 inches, as tighter rolls may cause damage to the panels.
Storage Tips- Place the panels back in the tube exactly as they arrived to prevent any damage. This will keep your display safe and free from any breakage.
- Ensure all hardware is returned to its designated bag or tube to protect it from damage during storage
Step 3: Common Mistakes to Avoid
I personally love how easy it is to set up and use magnet pop-up displays, but I know they can be a little tricky if you're not familiar with the process. Here are some common mistakes to avoid:- Skipping the setup Instructions: Don’t rush through the setup process! Take the time to read the instructions and watch the setup videos for the best results.
- Improper Storage: One of the biggest mistakes is rolling the graphics the wrong way (graphic side IN instead of OUT). Also, avoid rolling them too tightly or rolling them all together. Bending or folding the panels can also cause damage.
- Impatience During Setup and Takedown: Pop-up displays are quick to assemble and disassemble—but only if you’re careful and patient. Rushing through the process can lead to mistakes or damage.
- Removing Protective Backing from Magnet Strips: Don’t remove the protective backing on the magnet strips that run along the sides of the polystyrene panels. This backing helps protect the magnets and ensures proper adhesion and protects the graphics from scratches from the magnets.
