Inspecting the trade show booth before the show is always a good idea and, of course, packing the graphic displays yourself will limit your exposure.
Most experienced trade show teams have developed their own version of a supply chest, too. Tape, scissors, a long extension cord, extra light bulbs, markers, a pen, address labels (the list is near endless). If this step pays off once, it’s worth the effort.
Despite all your great planning, sometimes stuff happens.
